A limited number of banner advertisements may be placed on the pages of this website; one at the top and up to three at the bottom of each page. Charges will be from 20 GB Pounds per month (minumum two months) for each banner advertisement, including a link to your own website. Subject to availability, positions at the top of the main pages of this website will cost from 40 GB Pounds per month (minimum three months). Payment may also be made in Euros or US Dollars dependant on the prevailing exchange rate.

Including a machine in our listings

Terms and conditions

Machines may be included in the normal listings on our web pages with a maximum of 20 words in the description column and a link to a picture page where a maximum of 40 words may be included in a text box along with no more than 4 pictures, size 400 x 300 pixels, which should be supplied by e-mail as .jpg

In addition, machines will be included in our routine mailshots, normally sent not less than once every ten days but usually once a week. These entries may include up to 20 words, apart from Make, Model, Date of manufacture and Price. The Price line includes the currency required and LOT/CIF/ Ex site, etc.

Payment must be received by M.E.T. (Telegraphic Transfer or cheque) within three days of detail appearing on our website. Payment may be made in POUNDS Sterling, US Dollars or Euros.

Charges for inclusion in website and mail shots

Charges, particularly those paid in US Dollars or Euros which depend on current exchange rates, are subject to change but will be clearly specified when an instruction is accepted.

This charge remains the same however long the machine is offered for sale. There will be no extra charge for price reduction.

Enquiries

Enquiries will be forwarded directly to the seller within 24 hours
The seller (vendor) must inform M.E.T. without delay when the machine has been sold or withdrawn from sale so that the details may be removed. The seller must respond promptly to all enquiries.

Commission

In addition to the above charges, which are to cover administrative costs, M.E.T. will receive commission of 0.5% (half of one percent) of the selling price within 28 days of the sale. No more machines will be listed if there are any outstanding monies due.

M.E.T. reserves the right to withdraw any machine from its listings at any time if the seller fails to act in the spirit of this arrangement.

We trust that sellers will pay the 0.5 percent commission promptly in order to maintain friendly relations.
